Convocation 2009

Finally, I've graduated!

Photos upz... sorry due to my laziness, i squeeze them all together.

The first time I wore a graduation gown was k2 as a little girl but now I have finished my years of education (unsure if there'a more to come). I survived! No more terror of exams.

But it's always sad to leave my free hours apart from studying hanging out with my friends and family. Work life definitely does not give us such pleasure.

Thank you daddy & mummy for giving me a good education. =)
How wonderful to always have you guys to rejoice on every happy occassion.

and of course never to forget you , my dear.

Convocation

I can't seem to upload pictures up on convocation ball 2009. Nevertheless, it's great having such a wonderful event to celebrate our graduation.
Thanks to sirius for making my days in NTU memorable with all the gatherings, fun and laughter.
Thanks to my project mates for working together and doing well in all our projects. It's definitely a team bonding session. Hopefully we will meet up together again.
And lastly, thanks to NTU that I found someone special in my life and that's you, my dear for showering me lots of love.

Triple date + Family day

Oh yes! Finally I can blog after a few days of irritation with that distorted web page.

Alright, let's start with a great triple date entry with my dearies - helen and lixian and our boys. An exciting 2 hours tennis followed by super delicious crabs at ang mo kio, challenging bowling and a fattening supper at spize! I enjoyed myself so much =)

Spent a fruitful day with my family and raymond. It's been ages since our family went out to cycle. Remember when we were little girls at ard age 5-8, my parents used to bring us to marina to fly kite, play arcade and eat seafood. My parents love to organize family outings where we get to do some family bonding. Fond memories! Now that we are so much older, I'm glad we are still able to do so =)

Ended with cheap and tasty food at lagoon hawker centre. Happy day! =)

My new LV bag

Made a trip down to NTU to repair my laptop battery before it expires but I lost my invoice and had to spend $30 just to get the invoice printed out. Thinking that I can get my battery repaired, but no... I brought the wrong battery! Zzzz.. what a wasted trip!

Recently, my mum kept asking her 3 daughters which LV bag is nicer and today we finally went to town to see them =) Went to the LV shop at Takashimaya but there was a rather long queue there. So we decided to go to the new LV shop at ion orchard with my sisters and parents. After browsing, we bought a LV - Damier Neverfull. I love it! Thank you daddy =)

Had sushi tei for dinner. I enjoy every single meal out with my family coz mummy and daddy always give in to us and order our favorite foods. Haha, mummy says just order what you like coz if you eat with friends, you might not be able to afford some of them. How nice... so next time when I earn my own income, I will treat them to their favourite food too =)

Bangkok trip

Chatuchak is a nice place to roam around for all sorts of stuffs. We found the delicious chicken noodle for only 40 baht. Yummy!

Sizzler was great! We had free soup, salad bar and even desserts. I would say it's a must-try coz it's super worth it.

Next up was Manhanttan Fish Market... it was super filling. After dinner, he fell asleep as we were waiting for time to pass until his tailored t-shirts and pants were ready. Tailoring in bkk is damn cheap. He tailored 5 t-shirts and 3 pants for only $230 plus a free tie. It was just nice for his size =)

Of coz, i can't miss doing manicure out on this trip again! And i made him do it too only on his two little fingers. Go punk wih that checkered. HaHA, he kept wanting to get it off but i refused! Lols.
We went for massage every single day total to 12 hours of massage in 5 days. It was shiok.

Heineken Day for us =) On day 3, we were already broke after tailoring. So we had to ate fast food with our remaining sg dollars. Went to suan lum night bazzar but there's nothing that caught our eyes. So off to massage again!

Last day... we checked out at 12pm and had until 5pm to kill time. Ate swensens, massage for 2 hrs and i managed to get pedicure too on my feet at the massage place for only 100 baht! What a deal!?!? Packed burger king for our lunch cum dinner and home sweet home with 4 baggage filled.

Total damage = $1000/person including air tickets, hotel with deluxe room & expenses. Given the amount of stuffs i bought, it was all worth it =)

Bazzar and Bangkok!

Random

omg... just when i thought my parents are home, they just went out again!
Daddy went to the gym again!?!? I thought he was in the gym during lunchtime already? Gosh, my dad is a health freak! And guess what, my mum went for her tennis session and she didn't even had a rest since she came home from malaysia.
Oh well, lucky I didn't slack my time off totally. At least, I went for a swim when I was desperate to do something to kill my boredom. I made potato salad after swim =) Yum yum, there goes my burnt calories.
What a sporty family I have!

Feeling BORED is an understatement when you're alone at home in a supposely happy and lively family.


School reopens spells lonliness for someone who has graduated. And mummy is enjoying her tai tai life in Malaysia for some facial while Daddy has been keeping himself super fit even after morning exercise at Bukit Timah Hill, he's hitting the gym during lunch time. Thot at least, I've a pet for company... but NO - mickey is ignoring me because of her unique temper which is similar to PMS at times, she's ignoring everyone in the family , quietly taking her naps below the sofa.


Leaving this lost girl here sitting in front of the computer, munching her salmon burger alone in the living room screaming for company...


What a hot sunny day! I shall day-dream throughout the whole day.
