Yesterday, we went out from early afternoon till 9+. Went shopping , n the three of us bought earrings including me despite having so many already but i dun care.. haha. Bought 3 big pairs of earrings.. n i bought a pair of jean shorts. Haha we were so broke till the point when i wana buy my shorts, the three of us only manage to dig out $18 n i tell the auntie,"can sell mi at $18? cos i left $18." lol, the shorts cost 19... so the auntie agree readily. Think back, i should have bargain with her ...well, too late!
Rowena and I insisted on going IKEA to have our dinner cos we plan to give her a present. Took bus 33 at 7.45 n only to reach ikea at 8.30 due to traffic jam! N cheryl had to meet up with her family at 9.30 a Lido for movie.. we were afraid n yet wanting so much to give her the present. Luckily, she took a cab n managed to reach there in time. Gave her the cookies and chocolate we had made specially for her. Hope you enjoy it gal, hehe ya, we wanna make u fat :P
I have one more week of work .. which left me with 4 more weeks which include 2 weeks of camp. The following week, I had booked my facial appointment and has the mission to take care of the house for at least 3 days cos my parents are gg overseas. My new maid is here... she's nice. I'm not sure if this is out of sympathy or something else.... sometimes i feel sorry for my maids esp when they are small n skinny and having to carry the heavy stuffs. N language being a barrier, there seems to have misunderstandings quite often...
i think this is like a cycle. Jus like in the past, we have the King n Queen follow by the princes and princesses, those working for the royal family. The commoners are the last... without the power, they could nothing. Life has always been this way isn't it? Blame it on your fate to be born to this era, to this country, to this family surrounded by these people. What else can we do? People always say look forward into the future, don't turn back and look into the past. Can we always do that? How many days a year are we looking forward to the next day? If today is a happy day, if today is the most memorable day, will you still wanna look forward? You wish time could stop at this moment and you can stay happy forever. Times when you were sad, u turn back and remember those happy times and wish things went back to the past and remain there n then. As humans, we only tend to look forward to good times, days where we feel great.
Greed and Want has always been part of mankind... we'll never be satisfy with what we have, do we?
