Jokes in office

Dear diary,

Ever since I'm back from thailand.. there are laughters almost everyday in the office n I became of the joke of the day.

Story 1:
Christopher ( my colleague) : Hello Adeline, Can you help me get the address cos we are gg to collect the namecards now.

Me: ok, call you back shortly.

....

Me: Ya christ, the address is ... #02-02. k, bye!

After 10 minutes,

Chris: Hello adeline, you sure is the correct one? It's a clinic!

Lol, realised i gave him the wrong unit no n he landed up in a clinic instead of a printing shop.

Story 2:

Me to Mr Yeo: Hi Mr Yeo, would like to ask if nc4400 is windowxp or vista. Called you just now but no one picked up.

Yeo( the ah beng vendor) : no.. window xp or vista. migrain.

( is there such a system that is migrain? maybe have so..)

Me: Loke, yeo says is not window xp or vista but is migrain leh. I nv hear b4.

then.. laughters all ard. ( loke replied: izzit you having migrain?) dot dot dot.. den i realised what yeo replied!
Gosh, super throw face! but i still laugh at myself...

Story 3:

Muthu ( on-site worker for my company) : Hello Adeline, you help me call xxx to order safety shoes size 7, ask got stock or not.

Me: Ok, what model/brand you want?

Muthu: I wan good good one. ( i was thinking -how would i know what is a goodgood brand?lol )

me to xxx: hello, can i ask if u have stock for safety shoes size 7?
xxx: ya, what model you want.
me: i wan good good one. haha
xxx: hmm, here all good one. low cut or high cut?

me to muthu: hey, you wan low cut or high cut?
muthu: low cut .. ( n he emphasis again: i wan good good one!)

lol, he's cute la. Next time i just ask for good good brand.


Last night i had dinner with melvin. Haha, he brought mi to 'my backyard'( is in bracket cos i m not sure if it's really my backyard( in Italian) or is his backyard. Anyway, we went to al dente for dinner at the rooftop - it is nice! haha but i eat not alot cos while waiting for him at city hall , i ate 3/4 bar of crunch. Had calmari, pizza n.. fondue! hee... i'm so full. Thanks for the treat, melvin! :) Had a short walk den headed home. The journey is freaking long! bus 195.. was really having migrain, tried to sleep on the bus but i couldn't.

Reached home, cynthia ask mi to teach her A math. dotz, was really tired n didn't feel like but i had to cos she has been waiting for me to teach her function. Wanted her to do well for her exam too.. hee, asked daddy for massage cos my shoulders is really aching. After which, i only managed to teach her the basic n i fell asleep, shall continue again today after my dinner with my dears. yea, eat ding tai feng! yummy :)

Just had my lunch- chocolate cake from awful chocolate n apple. Still having my slight headache. Hopefully tonight i will feel better! Yupz.. what shall i do now at work? Hmm.. disturb pple. haha
