Very well-spent weekend I had.
Bumped my way to JP for an hour due to peak hour on a cab... finally, we managed to catch a movie. Wanted to buy some new year clothes but apparently this year, I can't find any new clothes to wear! =(
On sat, dear spent a bomb on his CNY clothing which I thought was great. A change to his wardrobe.. And we had a bowling session with my parents and his brother. I can see that my father is as fit as a fiddle. We played 6 sets and for once, I hit more than 100. Haha.
Sunday was a fun and tiring day. Getting Mickey ready for her 1st ever competition in public - Fancy Dress Contest. Mickey was super excited.. she wore a cheongsam which my mum made for her. =) Walking away with 2nd prize was wonderful!
Love my little princess so much.

How to spend your weekends away
Ways you can spend your weekend away
1) Continue with your daily routine from Monday to Friday - work or study your ass work like you have no tomorrow.
2) Drop what ever you are doing on a friday evening, throw your laptop into the cupboard if need be, grab your favorite dress and party all day long. Hit the club, get drown with the alcohol and dance with the music!
3) Turn off your daily alarm clock and sleep your weekend off. Enjoy the peace and moment of silence.
4) Meet up your friends for a high tea, gossip about the latest news going on in office and people around you, Best of all, keep yourself up to date on the most haps things with your besties.
5) Instead of bumming around at home, get your sports gear up and race the sun. Get down and feel the joy of playing a game with your friends, get an even tanned and embrace the breeze. Best of all, you are one step from gaining that extra weight.
6) Time for a romantic getway! Plan a 2D1N trip out from this busy city. Go to the nearest supermarket, cook your favorite dishes and enjoy them with just the two of you.
Live life and embrace them with joy.
I found joy in embracing life.
Have you?

Are we suppose to live in someone's dream or to pursue your own dream?
I'm very such in a state of confusion.
Thinking back on my 22 years coming to 23 years, my flashback on life was mostly unwanted memories.
When did I really felt happiness in my hands?
I had a long chat with daddy on a sat night.
I saw where he come from to this day.
It could be fate, it could be luck.
I saw his eyes talking to me
I felt his heart talking to me
Even though he did not distinctly spoke to me the words he wanted.
I felt it all...
What can I do?
On a monday morning, someone came over to me and ask 'How are you?'
I gave her a blank stare and felt tears welling up in my eyes.
All I could do is shake my head and look up real high.
A feeling beyond description.
If school does bring me good memories, I thought I had a cut for the society. But never had I know, I had never fitted into this society.

A night spent out at Marina Bay Sand Hotel. Definitely it's a luxury.

A pity that I didn't see the night view of the sky garden.

Life
I love how monday can be so lovely with your company.
I love how time can be spent just lying on the bed and staring into blank space.
I love how to forget about turning off my alarm clock.
I love how breakfast can be enjoyed slowly with smiles.
I love how we communicate with each other about lives.
Most of all I love days away from work!
Thank you for giving us the annual 14 days of leave away from work for I learn how to cherish these moments from the bottom of my heart.
I wish I can have the best of both worlds but can we have them?
We yearn for love, we yearn for personal time. We yearn for money , we yearn for health. Can we really have them all together? Life is unfair, we have to let go for something in return for another. Life ain perfect, just when we thought we had everything we want, we realise that sometimes the thing we want, can't be bought. More than often, we are stuck in a dilemma. Life can be tiring having to plan... as we grow up, planning becomes part of life.
i will hold my promise till the day my dream come true.

Life is all about running

In life, we were taught to run.
As a toddler, we run towards our parents so that we get to eat our favorite sweet.
We run around the playground playing catching, hide and seek.
As we grow up, we continue running
Running against time during exams, running physically during PE lessons.
In the working environment, we have never stop running
Rushing against deadlines, meetings and getting into good books.
Life is all about running, and you got to learn to enjoy the process of running.
It can be tiring, you'll be perspiring every now and then...
Sometimes you fall, and running pause for a moment
When your body is all ready to go, that's when running continues...

Thanks dear for the camera and photo printer. =) It will definitely bring more memories for us in the future.
Despite the oil spill, we continue to lead our healthy lifestyle at east coast park. Hopefully, we will have another outing soon! I love the days with sirius peeps. Of coz, we will always end with a big feast as seen from the photo above.
It's another long weekend...

Where's my turn?
Everyone is clearing their leave this period... while I still have to bring myself to work.
Though this job is quite good, but what beats having days off from work.
I can't wait for 19th June to come! Confused as I seem, I hope the bangkok trip can be refunded by Jetstar. After the 1 week break, I will have my 2 weeks break from 5th Jul to 16th Jul again!!
Feel like going to Hong Kong instead...
Yea... it's a time to prepare for the wedding event happening in 25th Sept. I'm so excited over our first wedding deal. A lot of things to do but I hope things will turn out well. Meanwhile, we are setting up our website =) Stay tune for more updates!
Looking forward to friday with Sirius. I'm sure it will be another fun outing. Time to get the cameras rolling =)

Coz you are my only exception
Maybe I know, somewhere
Deep in my soul
That love never lasts
And we've got to find other ways
To make it alone
Keep a straight face
And I've always lived like this
Keeping a comfortable, distance
And up until now
I had sworn to myself that I'm content
With loneliness
Because none of it was ever worth the risk
But darlin'
You are my only exception...

My sweet weekend
Just another weekend has passed. My best audit engagement is coming to an end and I really miss it! Omg, can't believe I'm saying this but I really love this engagement not that it's slack but the client is just so nice to resist. So are my team members. Sadly, this is the last year of audit. Sigh, why do good stuff come to an end so fast?
Anyway, celebrated our 15th month anniversay on friday night. It was a cold and rainy night. Thank you for waiting 9+ pm while i'm stuck in the heavy traffic. We got to enjoy our breakfast dinner at Wild Honey. To everyone out there, this is a lovely place to get an all day breakfast. No reservations so you got to wait if it get crowded. Located at Mandarin Gallery. We tried English breakfast and european. Love it.. yummy! I still love breakfast dining the most.
Head down to town today, bought a new pair of heels. Slack at Macafe, it's feels good to just sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee, looking at the busy road.
Went for avena's brithday party and back to our secondary school days, we never fail to bring up a topic to gossip. But over this issue, i think immature is the word to describe. =)
i feel very much loved...
